A review by Marty Martindale Newsweek has termed Vegetarian Times as “the bible of vegetarianism.” This soft-cover book contains 250 meatless recipes, in 216 pages. Besides the usual categories of recipes, the editors created a chapter for “Kidz.” There’s also a section on cooking methods handy for newcomers to the kitchen. Chosen recipes can be made in 15 to 30 minutes.
